An inversion is any posture that puts your heart higher than your head. You can walk your legs up a wall, put a block under your hips, or go into bridge for some beginner options. For a different exploration, wheel, half/full shoulder stand, handstand, headstand, or plow are all great options. Pick one you can be comfortable in for nine, deep, belly moving breaths.
