Beginner Yogis: Don’t let this one scare you either. Plank is an arm balance and you can do it in your sleep. Grab a wall or blocks and straps and play around with gravity. You can do it. It’s only eight seconds.

Advanced Yogis: Go safely into the wild. I’m sure you can do more than I can.
